Grootschalig onderzoek naar volwassenheid van service ketens - Nieuws

Inzicht in de samenhang tussen de volwassenheid van service/aftersales en de groei/winstgevendheid van een organisatie. Dat is waar PWC in geïnteresseerd is en daarom verrichten zij de komende tijd een grootschalig onderzoek.

Service or after sales excellence in the rapidly changing market of today is for many companies a challenge. IOT, big data, and applications such as VR, AR, additive manufacturing, predictive and condition-based maintenance have a major impact on services, repair and maintenance. To understand the maturity levels that companies are in, we would like to invite you to participate to this Service Supply Chain Survey.
The purpose of this survey is to gain insight on how service and after sales maturity / performance contribute to growth and profitability.
