• Prof. Ruud Teunter (University of Groningen) will guide us through the core theory and models behind spare parts forecasting in a clear and structured way;
• Rogier Zoun (Gordian Logistic Experts) will share how these concepts are applied in practice, including the challenges and trade-offs they encounter. We will also explore how AI and advanced analytics are increasingly being used to improve forecasting and support better decision-making.
